1. Products & Services
We offer handcrafted polymer clay and silver clay jewellery, art, kits, and creative classes. Future products—including silicone moulds, printed products and materials—may be added over time
As each item is handmade, slight variations may occur, adding to its unique charm!
2. Ordering & Payments
Orders can be placed directly through our website. Payments are processed via Square, and can be made using debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. Full payment must be made at checkout to secure your purchase.
3. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch items in stock within 24 - 48 hours. Items marked as ‘made to order’ require time for hand-sculpting, packaging, and delivery, so please allow 1-2 weeks for completion. Customers can rest assured that they will be kept informed throughout the process, ensuring excellent, open, and effective communication every step of the way.
We ship via Royal Mail Tracked 48 and Royal Mail Special Delivery to ensure secure and timely delivery.
We are not responsible for postal delays or lost packages but will do our best to assist if an issue arises.
4. Refunds & Returns
Due to the handmade nature of our products, refunds or exchanges can only be offered for faulty or damaged items. If there’s an issue, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. For full details, please refer to our Returns Policy.
5. Intellectual Property
All designs, artwork, and tutorials provided through our shop and classes are original creations. Copyright applies to all Sculpt Happy Studio designs and materials, meaning they cannot be copied, reproduced, or resold without permission. Purchasing an item or class does not grant permission to reproduce or resell our designs.
6. Class Policies
Customers must contact Sculpt Happy Studio to arrange and book a class.
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due by the date of the class.
Cancellations within 48 hours of the class may not be eligible for a refund.
Online or in-person class materials are for personal use only and cannot be redistributed.
Sculpt Happy Studio is run & led by a fully qualified teacher with over 20 years of experience and an up-to-date DBS check, ensuring a safe and professional learning environment.

We strive to create a positive and welcoming space. Please engage respectfully, whether making a purchase or participating in a class.
