Purpose & Scope
Little Light Art provides inclusive clay workshops and creative sessions for children, families, and adults. This policy outlines how we maintain a safe, welcoming environment for all participants.
Home Studio Setting
Sessions take place in Sara’s cosy home studio — a dedicated creative space set up in her dining area. While this is not a separate commercial premises, it is arranged with care to ensure comfort, safety, and accessibility.
Tool Use & Supervision
Children may use clay tools including needle tools and craft knives.
All tool use is supervised and introduced with clear safety guidance.
Participants are supported to use tools responsibly and respectfully.
Parents provide written consent for tool use via our consent form.
Hygiene & Accessibility
Handwashing facilities are available before and after sessions
A bathroom is accessible throughout the session for comfort and hygiene needs
Surfaces and tools are cleaned between sessions
We welcome SEND needs and access requests — please contact us in advance to discuss any support required

Emergency contact details are collected via consent forms.
In the event of an accident, first aid will be administered if appropriate.
